At Jiangsu Great Heavy Industry Technology Terminal, two 150¥T gantry cranes carrying the "three major components" are being lifted onto the sβhip, preparing to be sent to a work area in Tongzhou Bay, where the owner is located.

This project is the EPC general contracting project wo₩n by Jiangsu Great Crane Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company≈) in October last year. The contract stipulates that two 150 ton≠ gantry cranes (hereinafter referred to as the gantry cranes) will be delivered to the $buyer in May this year, including the design, manufacturing, transportatio•n to the site, installation, commissioning, and testing of the gan£try cranes. The gantry cranes will be accepted and certified★ by the local special inspection institute, and personnel training, warranty period, and lifel₹ong after-sales service will be provided.
It is reported that the batch of gantry cranes consists of a cylindrical gantry and a singl∏e arm gantry system, with four major mechanisms: lifting, variable amplitude, ro♣tation, and walking. The gantry crane is of the wire rope variabl÷e amplitude type and can rotate 360 degrees in bot∞h forward and reverse directions; The maximum lifting capacity≥ is 150 tons, the maximum amplitude is 50 meters, and the lifting height is 45 meters ab☆ove the rail and 12 meters below the rail. It adopts high-voltage power supply, PLC control, ✘full frequency conversion drive, and is equipped with complete safety protect₽ion devices. It is suitable for loading, unloading, and lifting operati®ons of dock cargo and miscellaneous goods, and is safe, reliable, and ¶has high operational efficiency.
This type of gantry crane is a mature product of the company. Consid♦ering the tight schedule and heavy tasks, in order to ensuΩre timely and high-quality delivery of this order,≠ the project manager developed a detailed production plan, set key nodes, and tracδked weekly reports and summaries in real time during the producti≈on process.
