Recently, Jiangsu Great Crane Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as® "LDT"); Company” )The robotic arm underw©ater fixed-point soil sampling robot, which participated in the construction, officially appeare d at the construction site of the 5th pier sinking well of Changtai Yangtze River Bridge. Th↑is is another intelligent equipment supplied by the company, following th÷e specialized gantry crane for caisson construction and th♥e intelligent monitoring system for caisson construction.
The underwater soil retrieval robot for deep water caisson foundation is innovatively≥ developed and invested in by CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Coδ., Ltd., and jointly manufactured by our company and Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Indust♣ry. On August 25th, the lower structure of the robot developed by Zhenhua Heavy Industry was sen>t to the company for final assembly with the upper structure manufactured by the comp€any, and factory debugging work was carried out. After joint inspection byε all parties involved in the construction, it was shipped to the 5th pier caisson ☆of Changtai Yangtze River Bridge for on-site installation, for use in bli♦nd spot excavation operations.
The robot operates in a water depth of over 70 metεers, and the soil breaking robotic arm can achieve 360 degr$ee full rotation operation with a maximum operating ra>dius of 8 meters. It consists of an upper platform, a lifting double cable winch, a working rob>ot body, and hydraulic, electrical and other systems. Du'ring operation, the robot body is lowered into the underwater main tower pier, and the fou≠r oil cylinders of the body frame work to push the main tower pier, in order to mai☆ntain the balance of the body and achieve the support function of soil breakin≠g and milling. The milling cutter head under the body is driven by the robotic arm to perform 'soil breaking operations.
