Project manager Jiang Jianfei introduced that this project is a strong collaboration between t↓he company and Hangzhou Huaxin Electromechanical Engineering Co., Ltd., with Huaxin ManufacturingΩ and Grete Assembly. It is reported that the 3600T/h ship unloader project reαached a cooperation agreement on May 5th, and the installation site is located in Bohe N ew Port Area, Maoming Port, Guangdong Province. Our company will be ™responsible for the receiving, unloading, storage, assembly, finalε assembly, and on-site commissioning of all components of this 36>00t/h ship loader, as well as electrical coordination commis™sioning after installation.

Wang Zhifeng, the head of the production department, pointed ou✘t at the project mobilization meeting that this is the fir÷st installation of a 3600t/h ship loader undertaken by our company, and$ leaders of various departments attach great importance to this project. The production departmen♦t is required to strengthen communication and coordination. The project® holds a meeting every night, and each management personne→l reports progress and difficulties separately, ensuring feedback on everything and closed-★loop handling of all issues. Full process quality managemen→t, implementing full process monitoring for concealed works and key processes, and incre☆asing inspection frequency. At present, the installation components provided by Party A have been basical¥ly completed, and the project construction is progressi÷ng intensively according to the original plan. The current progress is ahead ofγ schedule, which is closely related to the active cooperation of on-site personnel. With the' arrival of the rainy season, there will be a significant incπrease in cloudy and rainy weather, which will have a great impact ≠on the installation of outdoor operations. In order to ensure the timely↔ completion of the installation plan, project manager Jiang Jianfei led the on-site installa₹tion personnel to endure high temperatures, work early and late, shift the workload forward, ↔and leave sufficient margin for the later stage of the projec₽t to ensure the timely completion of installation tasks.

Although this is the installation of our company's first 3600t/h ship loader, al∏l personnel were not intimidated by the difficulties and worked diligently to c∏omplete their duties. Simply put, project management needs to be fast and goo d, moving forward steadily, completing work tasks on tim¶e or even ahead of schedule, and never slackening in quality details.
