On April 27th, with pleasant weather, the 2000 ton bridge deck cra"ne designed by CCCC Wugang Institute and manufactured by Jian₹gsu Great Crane Machinery was officially launched and will soon be sent to the construction site o±f the A3 section of the Changtai Yangtze River Bridge. It will be used f∏or the lifting construction of the main bridge standard section stγeel truss. Guo Qiang, Deputy General Manager of CCCC Wugang Instit"ute, Wang Hui from CCCC Changtai Bridge Project Department, Gu Yucheng, Execut ive Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Grete Crane Machinery Co., Ltd., ±and Shi Bing, Project Production Manager, attended t±he product offline ceremony.

The 2000 ton bridge deck crane project of CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. started produc←tion in November 2022. Considering the tight schedule and heavy tasks o÷f the project, the project production manager Shi Bing₹ carefully arranged the construction node plan, tracked the implementation of the plan in♣ real time, and actively coordinated production process issues. With the full cooperation ofδ all members of the project team and strong support f<rom company leaders, the prefabricated components of the project were ship×ped to the Grate Large Cargo Terminal on March 16, 2023, and entered the pre assembly p<rocess for the entire machine. Grate people have shown courage∑ and responsibility, working overtime to catch up with the schedule, working together ✘to overcome difficulties, and the project has progressed in an orderly manner. They have successλfully completed the final assembly task within the expected time and fully coo>perated with the general contractor in the installation and commissioning of the electrical ≠and hydraulic systems.
Jiangsu Great Crane Machinery, as a professional ma∞nufacturer deeply engaged in the lifting industry ≈for nearly 20 years, continues to repay trust with hard work and deepen cooperation with tr≤ust. This 2000 ton bridge deck crane is the first cooperation between Grate Crane Machiner±y and CCCC Wugang Institute. It is also the sixth ultra large bridge deck c☆rane produced by Jiangsu Grate after the four 1800 ton bridge deck cranes for t§he Shanghai Nantong Bridge project and the 1800 to n bridge deck crane for the Chaoma Bridge project.

On April 27th, the 2000 ton bridge deck crane successfully completed the longituσdinal movement of the entire machine and the lifting of the traβck at Gret Port, marking the official offline of the equipment and meeting the conditions fo→r shipment. The pre assembly and empty vehicle debugging in the factory also laid the foun¶dation for the early use of the equipment after it arrived ✔at the site. Subsequently, the equipment will be disassembled int∞o individual trusses, loaded onto ships using a 600 to¶n gantry crane, and shipped to Changtai Bridge. We l₹ook forward to the equipment being installed and put into hoisting construction →as soon as possible, to assist in the construction of tδhe Changtai Bridge project.
